1.電纜橋架防火等級選擇電纜橋架,有防火要求的部分可以添加在電纜梯架內(nèi),托盤用火或板的阻燃性能,材料如網(wǎng)絡形成一個封閉或半封閉結(jié)構(gòu),并采取在汽-水橋和其表面涂刷防火涂料,其耐火材料整體性能應滿足相關規(guī)范或標準的要求。鋁合金電纜橋不適合高防火。在同樣的規(guī)范下，阻燃電纜橋的造價比鋼纜橋高出2.2倍，使用壽命是鋼索大橋的5倍以上，重量比鋼索大橋重30%。防火電纜橋比鋼纜橋略貴，使用壽命是鋼索電橋的三倍多。重量基本上與鋼索大橋相同。

3.電纜托盤負載級別選擇電纜橋架負載級別的選擇,電纜槽均勻分布工作負載不應大于所選電纜橋架負載額定載荷均勻分布的水平,如果實際跨度電纜橋架的支吊架不等于2 m,均勻分布載荷的工作應符合要求。各部件和支撐架的規(guī)格和尺寸應與托盤、梯子的直部分和曲線相匹配。
